Per Hour Painting Services

$28/hour — If you prefer to pay our interior painters by the hour for your residential or small business projects you can. Paint by hour works best for many people who have a specific job or budget in mind. You can provide the materials or we can bring them with us. Minimum of 4 hours of work.  

The Clean-Up Cover-Up

Hourly rate or fixed contract price — Not every paint job needs to be perfect. You can brighten up an interior, a home or small business without spending a lot of money. Often landlords, homeowners, business owners, property management professionals or renters need a quick fresh coat of paint to clean up an interior. Description: We will do a quick dusting, cleaning or light sanding to ensure the paint adheres properly. Caulking and patching will be minimal. We’ll then apply a primer or paint of your choice using brush, roller or sprayer. This Quality is perfect for: rental units; well-worn interiors; budget-minded consumers; homes about to be listed for sale; renters needing to repaint; high traffic areas needing frequent repainting and rooms in need of a fresh look. Real Estate Flip

Hourly rate or fixed contract price —  This is usually income property or property being made ready to sell. Description: No great changes are made to the interior. Usually the same colors are used throughout the property. Preparation is a bit more detailed. Surfaces are cleaned, sanded and caulked, patching won't show, and the work is done neatly. The interior will look quite nice when completed. This Quality is perfect for: new or medium+ value rentals; condominium units, real estate about to be listed for sale;  Cost: $$

The Budget-Conscious Home owner

Hourly rate or fixed contract price—  This is the one where you say, "Yeah, I would love one of those lovely, prepped-to- make-it-look-new, but I can't spend that kind of money.” The quality is outstanding and well above an average professional paint job. Description: The surface prep is stepped up and lots of attention is given to detail. The home’s hardware is removed for a flawless look. Walls are sanded to 150 grit and trim at 220 grit. All problem areas are addressed. All repairs are pre-primed walls and trim receive 2 coasts of paint. Significant attention is paid to trim, wall and ceiling edges. A close final inspection guarantees a smooth even finish on all painted surfaces. This job will look good and hold up for a decade. High end Finnish

Fixed contract price— This focus gives the highest priority to quality and appearance. Description: Old and new surfaces are made to look the same. Prep includes sanding, the use of premium compounds and more sanding, undetectable blending of old and new, textures matched, sheens that are even. Colors are often eye-matched to coordinate in whatever way necessary. It's all about detail, detail, detail at the highest level of expertise. Products are of the finest quality. These are expensive and time consuming paint jobs, but in the end time and quality craftsmanship makes this job stand out. This quality is perfect for: high value homes, homes with remarkable workmanship; and anyone who appreciates / demands near perfection. Cost: $$$

A Full Interior Restoration

written contract — New England is rich in historical homes. Important historical homes are scattered throughout the Seacoast. Restorations bring a property to the way it looked when it was first built. Although these are our favorite type of painting project, they are extremely time consuming. Description: these projects often require working with a general contractor and designers. It is not uncommon for modern materials to be removed from the building in order to authenticate the period. Whether it is 1950, 1850 or 1750 we will closely work with the project manager to ensure every detail is executed perfectly. Cost: We give you a ballpark price at the onset of the estimating process, which we will refine after the initial demolition is done. The costs and work product is constantly monitored and updated.

Written Estimate — We specialize and enjoy refurbishing / restoring your kitchen cabinets bookshelves and built-in features. We can apply specialized durable paints or other finishes to your existing cabinets. We offer varying levels of restoration. We will thoroughly discuss the cost, process and benefit of restoration. Description: We thoroughly go through your cabinets for any defects, scratches and repairs. All repairs are performed with premium before any paint or other top coat is used. We constantly inspect the finish as we begin painting 2-4 coats of paint to each surface. Defects are removed as we paint and sand each coat to ensure a liquid like finish. The existing or new hardware is installed and we test all draws and doors to ensure everything fits and works perfectly.
